RULES FOR FEES
1. School fees is charged for complete academic year.
2. If fees are not paid regularly the child is liable to have his/her name struck off the roll.
3. The Principal reserves the rights to refuse any application for admission without having to assign reasons for his/her action.
4. Notice of withdrawal should be given by the person responsible of the Child. The application for withdrawal should be submitted by or before March 30th.
5. Fees is due as long as a notice of withdrawal is given.
6. No leaving certificate will be issued till all fees is cleared.
7. Fee should be paid till 10th of every month
8. Late Charges of Rs 50 /- for the first day, after the due date mentioned above and thereafter Rs.5 per day.
9. The school provides bus service to the students of Apex School
10. Students transport contractor will board and alight only at fixed bus stops. Parents and children are requested not to ask the driver or attendant to stop the bus at unauthorized stops.v
11. Parents are not permitted to change the bus stop without prior permission.
12. Children must be courteous and polite to the bus-in-charge. Children found misbehaving in the bus will not be allowed to continue availing the bus facility.
13. In the event of the child not being at the stop at the school scheduled time the bus will proceed without the child. It will be the responsibility of the parent / guardian to reach the child to school.
14.The bus service provided by the school is add-on facility. To the best of our ability we will try to provide a good service and adhere to the timing.
