Non-Refundable Fees
The Registration Fee, Admission Processing Fee, and any fees for examinations (CBSE/Board), uniforms, stationery kits, and ID cards are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal, relocation, or change of school.
How to Apply
Cancellation Process

Visit Admin Office
Collect the official Withdrawal & Refund Request Form from the school's Accounts Office.

Submit Documents
Submit the filled form with the original fee receipt and a valid reason for withdrawal.

Verification
The Finance Committee reviews the request and verifies the date of submission.

Approval Notice
An approval or rejection letter is issued within 5 working days.

Refund Credit
Approved refunds are credited within 15–21 working days via NEFT/IMPS.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Registration/Admission fee refundable?
No. The one-time Registration and Admission processing fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers administrative costs incurred at the time of application.
How do I apply for a cancellation and refund?
Submit a written cancellation request, signed by the parent/guardian, to the Accounts Office along with the original fee receipt and a completed Withdrawal Form. Requests submitted verbally or via unofficial channels will not be processed.
When will the refund be credited?
Approved refunds are processed within 15–21 working days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request. Refunds are made via the original payment method or NEFT/IMPS to the registered bank account.
What if my child is withdrawn mid-term due to relocation?
Mid-term withdrawals due to verified relocation (supported by proof of transfer/relocation) may be reviewed individually by the Finance Committee. Please submit an application with supporting documents for consideration.
Are extracurricular activity fees refundable?
Extracurricular and co-curricular activity fees paid for the term are non-refundable once the programme has commenced, unless the School cancels the programme.
What happens if the School cancels a programme or activity?
If the School cancels a scheduled programme or activity, a 100% refund of the specific fees paid for that programme will be processed within 10 working days.
Are transport or bus fees refundable?
Transport fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for full calendar months remaining, subject to a written request submitted 10 days before the intended last day of transport use.
